1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy describes how CyberForward Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit tpsreport.ai or use the Tech Proficiency Score (TPS)℠ service. Our website address is https://tpsreport.ai.
This policy applies to users in the United States. We do not knowingly market the TPS service outside the U.S.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information we collect automatically, and information from the service providers listed in Section 4.
Information you give us:
- Account information such as your name, email address, and any profile details you choose to provide.
- Assessment responses, including your answers to TPS questions and the score and tier we calculate from them.
- Payment information you submit when you purchase access. Card numbers are entered directly into our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.
- Messages you send us through contact forms or by email.

- Basic device and browser information, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the pages you visit on our site.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic.
Information from third parties:

- Payment status and confirmation from Stripe when you complete a purchase.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Provide the TPS service, including delivering your score, tier, radar chart, and personal development plan.

4. Service Providers We Use
We rely on the following service providers to operate TPS. Each one only receives the information it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles your data.
- Stripe (via Paymattic). Processes payments. Receives your name, email, billing details, and payment card information.
- FluentCRM. Manages our email lists and sends marketing and service emails. Receives your name, email address, and engagement data such as which emails you opened.
- Google Analytics (via Site Kit). Measures site traffic and usage. Receives anonymized usage data and a cookie identifier.
- Base44. Hosts the TPS application that calculates and displays your score. Receives your account information and assessment responses.
- Our WordPress hosting provider. Hosts tpsreport.ai. Receives standard web server logs, including IP addresses.
We do not authorize these providers to use your information for their own marketing.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in to your account.
- Remember your preferences.
- Measure how visitors use the site (via Google Analytics).
You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the site may not work as expected.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your account information and assessment results for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it for legal, tax, or security reasons.
Backups containing your information may persist for a limited time after deletion until they are overwritten in the normal course of business.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on our administrative systems, and reputable service providers for payments and hosting. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to the limits in Section 6.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send you.

The TPS service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
